The primary view of this site. Every Ralph loop iteration is explained here — newest first — as a card you can expand: what the story is trying to achieve, what the loop actually did (in plain language), how CI ruled on it, and exactly what changed. The terse pass/fail tables live on Loop Stats.
No loop iterations yet
The Ralph loop has not produced any iterations yet — metrics.json is absent or empty. prd.json currently holds 21 stories, 0 complete. As soon as the loop runs its first iteration, an explained card appears here for each one (most recent at the top).
